The purpose of Ethics and Compliance Assessment Survey, prepared by TEİD, is to evaluate and identify the current structure, implementation, gaps and improvement areas of ethics and compliance matters in Turkish business world. The essential point about this survey, which will enable participating companies to make self-assessment, is the confidentiality of data and output.

In this respect, the results will not be reported at individual but at the company level and the reports will be submitted only to those, who are entitled by the participating company to access the results. Similarly, confidentiality of data will be strictly followed also within TEİD, where any information at individual level shall not be released at any rate.

Additional to above, TEID is requesting the participating companies not to use the survey -or not to release a part of questionnaire- outside the company.
